Meeting room Torni (“Tower”)

The meeting room of the former pilot station is ideal for conference use. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 conference guests. The price is 145 €/ day (from 15:00 until noon the next day). VAT  24% is included in the price. Torni offers stunning views around the island.

Catering is available by order. Downstairs, you will find toilet facilities and a sauna. Alternatively, you can book a private sauna session after the meeting in a wood-heated seaside sauna at the harbour near the café for an additional fee.

Meeting room Pilot

In the homely Pilot, you can organise both parties and meetings for up to 20 people. There is also a sauna available. Pilot reservations include accommodation in double rooms. Ask for a quote.

M/S Jenny operates between the island and mainland according to the schedule. Charter cruises are also available.

Öja´s village centre at Café Bryggan offers premises and services for parties and events.

The restaurant is situated in scenic surroundings and it offers high-quality catering and event services all year round.

With our help, your event, large or small, will be a success. We have great functional facilities, an alcohol serving licence and various menus for parties and events. During the summer season, a cosy meeting space is also available for smaller groups in the boathouse directly by the sea.

By combining the ballroom of the village centre (130 people) and the dining area (80 people), your event can accommodate up to 180 people.

Summer restaurant Mustakari is located by the sea, approximately three kilometres from Original Sokos Hotel Kaarle. The summer restaurant Mustakari is known for its food, which is organic and locally produced. In addition, its maritime location creates a wonderful setting for meetings and experiences.

On the Mustakari terrace, you will enjoy your stay until late in the evening, experience the best moments of summer and see the most beautiful sunsets. Mustakari is open from the beginning of May until the end of August.

Villa Elba, which is located by the beautiful seashore on the popular Sannanranta villa area about four kilometres from the Kokkola city centre, rents out well-equipped meeting rooms of various sizes. All meeting rooms have a fast fibre connection. In the large Elba-hall, there are chairs for up to 190 people, and the space is perfect for weddings for up to 160 persons with set tables, as well as for banquet seminars and meetings.

The Old Villa can accommodate about 30–40 people, and in the summer, there is room for 10–15 more on the terrace. The Old Villa is a popular place for small weddings, family and confirmation parties, baptisms and get-togethers for friends, as well as for meetings. There are beds for 12 people upstairs.

Pre-ordered coffee is served in the meeting rooms. The restaurant serves lunch on weekdays.

Villa Elba has been organising various types of events for over 30 years, including weddings, family and student parties, festive seminars of several days, sauna evenings, bachelor parties, TYHY days, themed birthdays for children and more.

Elba´s Helmi (Pearl) is the newest of the sauna buildings, with a meeting room for about 25 people at one end and an electric sauna and dressing room at the other.

Sauna evenings are a popular programme number throughout the year. The electric sauna is programmed by the staff, but our most popular attraction is the wood-heated sauna at the pier. You can heat the sauna yourself or ask the staff to heat it for you.

The beach cabin is also located by the sea and available for rent. In the yard, there is a fireplace, where you can fry sausages.

The newest building in the area is Kota, which is situated in the forest. It is an authentic Lappish kota hut, where you can pre-order catering services. In the middle of the hut, there is a fireplace that spreads warmth even in the winter. The hut accommodates 20–30 people.

Elba rents out mountain bikes, fat bikes, sup-boards, kicksleds, snowshoes and skis. Ask also for Tentsile accommodation.

Onboard M/S Jenny, there is a salon with 72 seats downstairs, a covered middle deck and a 35-seat sun deck for enjoying the sea air. There is a meeting room in the salon on the lower deck for about 30 people available when you rent the entire ship. A screen and microphone available. Alcohol serving licence.

You can also get married on the ship or even hold a memorial service.
