1. Book the outbound trips (departure) by adding them to the cart (adults first, then children). After that, press Continue
2. Book meals and return trips by adding them to the cart. Confirm them by pressing Continue.
3. Add your contact information.
4. Pay your purchase.
How to Book Cruise Tickets Online
Select the departure date and click Search icon.
Scroll down to the Available Times section. If no departure times are available, the cruise is fully booked, or there are no departures on that day. You can change the date using the arrow keys in the same section to see departures on other days.
Select a departure time.
Book ADULT tickets first. Enter the number of ADULTS in the Quantity field (-1+) and ensure the Person field is set to Adult.
Click the “Add to Cart” button. Adult tickets will be added to the cart.
Book the necessary CHILDREN (4-15 years) tickets by selecting the same departure time and the number of children’s tickets. Ensure the Person field is set to Child. For children under 4 years, please contact the Tourist Information Office at the marketplace, via email at tourism@visitkokkola.fi, or call 040-8065075 for reservations.
Click the “Add to Cart” button. Children’s tickets will be added to the cart.
Click the Continue button to proceed to the selection of return trips and meals.
To book meal options on the island, click the “Select Time” button next to the desired product.
Select the time and quantity (for meals).
Click the “Add to Cart” button (for meals).
Scroll down and select the return trip (Tankar return) below the meal options by clicking the “Select Time” button.
Select the correct return date and time.
Enter the number of passengers.
Click the “Add to Cart” button.
Repeat the same process if there are children aged 4-15.
Click the Continue button.
Fill in the contact information for the reservation.
Accept the Booking and Cancellation terms and click the Continue button.
Review your reservation in the Checkout Summary section.
